Reporting a live case
If your work has already been republished somewhere, the two things that help most are the link to the copy and anything that shows your own version came first — a publication date, an original file, an archive link.
We are not a law firm and cannot represent you. What we can do is build the documentation, and work with your counsel if the case goes further.
