Safe Creative, the first global private registry for digital works, introduced the "Conference on the Role of Copyright Registries in Global Digital Networks", which took place in Madrid on 20 May 2009 and was hosted by IESE Business School. It was at this conference that the Semantic Copyright initiative was first presented to the public.
Programme
The conference brought together copyright registries, legal experts and technologists to discuss the role of registration and licensing of intellectual property in global digital networks.
